Australian Debt & Finance Solutions Pty Ltd, (hereinafter referred to as ADAFS), is a company associated with GHK Aggs & Co, Chartered Accountants, and the GHK independent association of chartered accounting firms specialising in providing financial alternatives and financial reconstruction solutions to individuals and to corporate Australia, with offices in Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, and associates in other locations.

We perceive a niche area of the market, to facilitate professional advice to individual and corporate clients who are either financially stressed, or are seeking the competitive range of finance packages we can source. For those financially stressed, alternative funding solutions will be considered and an early debt moratorium will be sought to relieve the pressure, while a formal funding solution or a formal debt arrangement is determined. Financial stress is similar to other medical conditions, early intervention and treatment against the insolvency virus is essential to resuscitate the patient and to maximise the chance of financial survival, and business continuity which in turn, benefits the employees, your creditors, and all equity participants.

Phillip Aggs FCA, who has over 35 years experience in the chartered accounting profession, heads the company. Phillip is also the principal of GHK Aggs, Chartered Accountants, and is a practicing Official Liquidator and a Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy. Many of our professional teams and consultants assisting and advising you are formally qualified, and all have extensive experience and many years in their area of speciality. Our associated professionals within the GHK independent firm network in Sydney & Melbourne bring with them a combined practice experience of over 125 years.

The manager of our Finance division is Craig Fulton who has over 18 years years of finance sector experience including construction, investing, first home buying and refinance.

We have a panel of lawyers and accounting and tax specialists with whom we work in Brisbane, Sydney & Melbourne, and in other locations when a referral is required.
